Recent trends in the research of the role of the educational media specialist, his problems, his qualification, and his professional development: Future vision to keep up with twenty-first century skills

Abstract

The current study aimed at monitoring contemporary Arab and foreign research trends related to the study of the role of the educational media specialists and the problems facing them, their qualification and professional development, identifying the research issues and topics addressed in these studies, the methodological procedures, the theoretical frameworks on which they were based, the most important findings, and a future vision.
