The Relationship between Children's Electronic Magazines and Moral Values among The Egyptian Children

Abstract

The Objective of the study is monitoring and analyzing The Role Of Children's Electronic Magazines in Developing Moral Values among te  Egyptian Children and to indicate how they are presented in those magazines and Knowing the point of view of the children about these Values and the extent of their acquisition and whether the child Knows the meaning of those values or not , also Knowing what are the magazines the children read continuously and their impact on them , The analysis was done by using Questionnaire, The researcher surveyed a random sample of 400 children from 9 to 12 years old living in Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, and Qalioubia). The questionnaire was filled out in a formal interview with those children, (87%) males, compared with (12.6%) for females, The study concluded that there is a set of negative effects on children, which are incurred by the magazine through the values ​​presented in it, and among these values ​​that the children have acquired. The value of (theft) was rejected by males by 71% compared to 29% for females.) was negative, so 69.2% of males rejected it, compared to 30.8% of females. The study also found a statistically significant correlation between the intensity of exposure to children's magazines and the overall level of children's awareness of moral values.
