Teenagers' exposure to vlogs via virtual communication platforms and its relationship to personal identity

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effect of exposure to visual blogs via social media platforms on some problematic personality traits among adolescents which in turn affect their identity and social presence anage economic the level and direction of this effect in an attempt to estimate the risks of this exposure and propose a plan to manage these risks if any in The framework of the symbolic authority model by Pierre Bourdieu who believes that understanding reality through relationships is the best because this method contributes relatively to understanding the reality of the social world which is also composed of a network of social relationships The study showed a high level of adolescents confidence in the content provided by Through the blogs that they follow depending on the culture and customs that exist between age  economic levels and gender This explains the similarity of teenagers personality traits
