This study sought to reveal the attitudes that are formed by the public towards the issue of the Renaissance Dam crisis due to exposure to news and opinion materials published through news websites. It is one of the descriptive studies that used the survey method and employed the electronic questionnaire tool for data collection. It was applied to a deliberate sample of (400 individuals) from the Egyptian public following the issue of the Renaissance Dam crisis through news websites of different ages and levels (educational, economic, social).
The study reached several results, including the high rates of exposure of the respondents to what news websites (Egyptian and non-Egyptian) publish news and opinion materials related to the issue of the Renaissance Dam crisis, the control of practical motives for exposure, and the morale of the correlation between exposure rates to the issue of the Renaissance Dam crisis presented on the websites The electronic newsletter and each of their attitudes towards treatment and their attitudes towards this issue.
