Abstract

The study aimed to analyze and interpret the vision of leaders in specialized national press institutions and how national press is created, its techniques, organization, and management, according to journalistic personality policies and the extent of their influence on the structure of organizations, and its relationship to these conditions, which tends toward a shift towards journalistic press policies.
The study sample included leaders in national institutions, which amounted to 32 leaders, and the study concluded that: The nature of journalistic ownership represents one of the main criteria for selecting leaders or even distributing these leaders to journalistic and administrative positions. Some journalistic leaders also revealed the existence of multiple visions about the perspective of journalistic digitization, but it is not fully practiced, especially since it is linked to the market. In light of the National Press Company receiving significant support compared to other media outlets, there is little to no real market for competition; therefore, there is limited political expression within the Egyptian National Press Corporation. And since it is the majority of them on a wide scale and which has this institution, it came in the application of mayonnaise more intelligent than that wonderful sport, as you also see from the important journalistic leadership, the commitments from part of the national organization, and the success of the journalistic helmet and catching up with the digital bandwagon by identifying the needs completely indeed, and the person required to qualify them to fill the gaps.
